§ 12.04.060. Street names—Changing procedure.

Changes of street names shall be made by resolution of the council following a public hearing and the recommendation to the council by the planning commission and a public hearing by the council. Such public hearings shall be held no earlier than ten (10) days after notice is mailed to each property owner of record along with the portion of the street being considered for name change.
