§ 15.08.010. Construction job site maintenance and cleanliness.

  • In order to provide safe and sightly conditions on the job site and in the public right-of-way, it shall be the responsibility of the property owner or designated agent to keep and maintain a safe and clean working environment in a reasonably clean condition. "Reasonably clean condition" means:

    A.

    No construction material or debris or storm-caused siltation run-off in or on the public right-of-way or drainage easement.

    B.

    No construction equipment or related dirt, oils, or debris in or on the public right-of-way.

    C.

    A trash container or dumpster is maintained on the project site at all times; and debris and trash subject to blowing away in the wind is regularly collected and placed in the container.

    D.

    All construction-related items, to include materials, scraps, and equipment not subject to blowing away in the wind, shall be piled, stacked, arranged, or otherwise maintained in a neat, orderly, and safe manner on the job site.
