§ 1.12.050. Right of council to appeal commission decisions.

The council may appeal any decision by a city commission, whether an appeal is provided for under Section 1.12.010 or otherwise specifically provided for in this code. For the council to appeal a decision under the provisions of this section, the council shall adopt a motion to appeal such action within fifteen (15) calendar days following the date of the action from which an appeal is made.
