§ 2.16.030. Administrative services director—Position created—Appointment—Responsibilities.

The position of administrative services director is created and established and shall be filled by appointment of, and serve at the pleasure of, the city manager. The administrative services director shall be fully responsible for all the functions and duties of the administrative services department as established by state laws, ordinances, or resolutions.
