§ 5.68.150. Violation—Misdemeanor.

  • Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not to exceed that amount set out as punishment for a misdemeanor in the California Penal Code, or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
